This is a Lighted Pylon Cake.  This opens up lots of opportunities for more lighted cakes.  I learned a lot with this cake and know whatI need to work on to make it more professional.  This cake is an Coconut Cake with Coconut cream filling, covered in Italian Meringue Buttercream and home-made fondant.
